Karen Baas

I have over 15 years of experience working with young children and their families. My work began as a toddler teacher in a center based child care center. I hold degrees in early childhood education, special education and have an early intervention certificate. I have worked as a special education teacher and early interventionist. I currently oversee the Early Intervention department at Kidango and supervise early intervention staff as well as assist our teaching staff with inclusion questions. I am on the IDA (Infant Development Association of CA) Board and co-chair the North Chapter. I am a consultant for the Beginning Together Project through Sonoma State University.
