Laura Lukens

Laura Lukens-Parker is a fully certified PITC Trainer and currently is the Infant-Toddler Specialist at 4C of Southern Indiana, providing training and technical assistance to anyone caring for young children. She has worked in the early childhood field for 21 years, and her passion is training an working closely with administrators to provide quality care and staff motivation. She has an AS in Early Childhood Development with an endorsement in working with special needs children. She is currently working on a degree in Organization Leadership.
