Kristy has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 25 years. During her undergraduate studies, she accepted a position as an Infant Assistant teacher in a child care center. She fell in love with working with Infants and watching them grow, becoming a Toddler teacher and Curriculum Coordinator, soon after. She holds a B.S in Human Services from St. John’s University and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Capella University. Kristy is a member of NAEYC and Zero to Three. Kristy has been the Director of various child care programs, including overseeing training and professional development for five centers in the NY metro area. She also worked for the NYC Bureau of Child Care, licensing and supporting group family child care providers. Kristy holds her NYS Training and Technical Assistance Professional Credential in Early Childhood. She is passionate about collaborating with Early Childhood Educators and leaders in order to elevate quality programming for infants and toddlers.
