Katie Byrd

My formal education is in special education, with a BS from University of Alabama and a Master of Education with a plus 30 in special education from Louisiana State University. I have worked as a special education teacher for several years. I have also worked on a Pupil Appraisal team as an Educational Consultant for infants and preschoolers. I have also worked as a case manager for Infants ane Toddlers in order to help the families of children with special needs obtain services. I am currently working with an Early Head Start program for teen parents as the education/ disability/health coordinator.
