Elizabeth Crocker serves as the Director of Program for Infant/Toddler Care (PITC) Training and Certification. In her role, she collaborates with PITC leadership and staff in the delivery of PITC’s Trainer Certification Institutes.
Prior to joining WestEd, Crocker led Children and Family Services at the Unity Council in Oakland and Concord. The programs provide dual language learning, PITC principles, and a two generational approach with the child and family at the center of the curriculum.
She also provided training and coaching, inclusive of dual language learning, PITC principles and program leadership in diverse settings.
Crocker received a dual BA in psychology and social welfare from the University of California, Berkeley and an MA in educational leadership from Mills College. She is an Anderson Head Start Management Fellow, and PITC and Circle of Security certified.
