My current focus of training is to better utilize the materials and tools from the PITC trainings and to make it attainable for persons of many past experiences. It is also my current focus to become a trainer specifically within the infant/toddler early headstart program in my area. My goal is to develop a community of learners among the staff and parents together as a team and make the experiences of infants and toddlers more enriching and to assist them in developing a better foundation.
