Kimberly Cephas

Kimberly Cephas has 30 years of experience working with children and families in military and civilian educational settings. Her experience in the field as a teacher, trainer, coach, and mentor has provided her the insight of working with children, parents, teachers, and administrators. Passion for the field has led her to open her own business, Life PREP Associates, LLC an Emotional Intelligence Coaching and Training service for early care professionals and parents of infants and toddlers. Her degrees in Early Care Education (M.A.), Adult & Continuing Education (M.Ed), and Human Services (B.S.) makes her a perfect match for working with children and adults. She believes that helping families and educators understand and develop caring and nurturing approaches to infants will also create healthy emotional adults.
