Virginia Ferguson

For the past 15 years I have worked with Head Start in hopes that I can helped to design and deliver quality, accessible integrated health, education, and human services in response to the identified community needs of the multi-cultural people of the Southwest. As a leader in the field of Early Chilhood I share the vision with others to improve the phsical health, social and emotional needs and lives of the children and their families. In addition, I strive to ensure that the teachers that I oversee here at our Head Start also believe in the same mission and vision and give it their all to deliver quality service to the children and families that we serve.
