Tammy Gallagher

I have my Program Directors permit with a specialization in Special Needs and Infant/Toddler care. I did complete all five Modules through PITC trainings and hope to one day attend a Graduate event as well. I have been caring for children professionally at the community college for the past 20 years. For 3 1/2 years I was honored to work with toddlers while completing my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I have designed a variety of presentations to train Infant/Toddler college students, our Toddler parents and my collegues in PITC guidelines, DRDP and other Toddler developmental areas. Unfortunately after the 3 1/2 years I was moved to the 3-5 classroom for 7 long years and now I am happily in a 3 year old classroom which starts out every new year with close to half 2 yr old's! I have continued my Professional growth trainings through Fresno County Department of Ed's PIECES program, which I'm very thankful for and share whenever I can as well as tell folks about the wonderful training through PITC!
